England Football Federation President in a letter penned by Greg Dyke;''Been to imply that English fans was in charge of the terrible events of the end of the match with Russia.The imply, both the video evidence contradicts the only independent disciplinary committee decision sanctions against the Russian Football Federation.

Dyke also criticized security checks about the match , fans can enter the stadium with flares, the distinction between British and Russian fans in the stands, he argued smoothly.

Dyke, a letter in which he gave the following statements:

''British supporters of the minority is obvious that some of the events involved in this case and has caused us huge let down.

But please note that tens of thousands of fans in a positive act. We will work hard to influence positive the supporters but we are also serious concerns about the security arrangements in the city.''
